Slides and diagramming tools are built for drawing: you place every box and line by hand, and the chart goes stale the moment someone joins, leaves, or changes roles. Sift builds your org chart from live HR data, so it stays accurate on its own, even at a size that would be impossible to maintain by hand.
Sift is an official Workday Innovation Partner and syncs with HR systems like Workday, UKG, and ADP, as well as Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Google Workspace, Okta, Ping Identity, or a CSV (spreadsheet) file.
You can also combine sources. For example, you could import employees from your HR system, sync names and email addresses from Microsoft Entra ID, and add industry certifications from a CSV file.
