IT's Role Building a Connected Digital Workplace in a Remote World

A part of Rocket Mortgage since 1997, Bob oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, focusing on strategic planning and leveraging synergies among various operational teams.

Previously as Chief Economist and Executive Vice President, he oversaw Capital Markets and Servicing operations at Quicken Loans. He has been instrumental in overseeing the teams that manage interest rate risk management, trading and product development.

Mike joined the company in 2015 and now leads The Pulse (what other companies call human resources), Team Member Learning and Development, and Team Member Workspace and Environment.

These combined teams work together to ensure that every team member can build an amazing career, enhance their well-being, build a stable financial future, and have an amazing team member experience. He has also been a pivotal leader in heading Rocket Companies' Covid-19 response.

Since joining the company in 2017, Brian has worked to guide the digital strategy at Rocket Mortgage and direct the culture of the company's tech teams.

Above all he works to ship products that make Rocket Mortgage's clients feel confident and happy and he works to grow teams that have a shared sense of purpose and mission.
