A part of Rocket Mortgage since 1997, Bob oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, focusing on strategic planning and leveraging synergies among various operational teams.

Previously as Chief Economist and Executive Vice President, he oversaw Capital Markets and Servicing operations at Quicken Loans. He has been instrumental in overseeing the teams that manage interest rate risk management, trading and product development.
